Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Executive with extensive experience in ground-up commercial, healthcare, and multi-level construction projects to represent our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Leadership:** Oversee multiple project managers, ensuring complex projects are executed from pre-construction to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Client Engagement:** Cultivate and maintain client relationships, playing a pivotal role in business development and contract negotiations.
- **Team Management:** Supervise project teams, including senior project managers, project managers, superintendents, and engineers.
- **Project Execution:** Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and profitability.
- **Planning and Monitoring:** Assist in all aspects of project planning, including preconstruction and financial oversight, while utilizing key performance indicators to track project progress and manage costs.
- **Vendor Relations:** Establish a network of vendors and negotiate service agreements.
