Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Assembly: Assemble various products according to detailed drawings, prints, and specifications.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment and machinery within the department, including setup and adjustments using measuring instruments and devices.
  • Material Handling: Move and handle a variety of materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and tools.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other associates to meet production requirements, including relieving others in instances of breaks, absenteeism, or vacation.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work area, adhering to established safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Lifting Capability: Must possess lifting capabilities of up to 50 lbs.
  • Equipment Operation: Must be able to operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Communication: Must be able to work from detailed drawings, prints, and specifications, as well as verbal instructions.
  • Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively with other associates to meet production requirements.
