Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide - Hospice Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Pathways Hospice. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a hospice setting, promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive and skilled care to patients in a hospice setting
  • Represent agency positivity and uphold positive public relations with patients, families, and facility staff
  • Work with neonates through geriatrics
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year CNA experience desired (hospice preferred)
  • Current Colorado CNA license
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Current CPR certification
