We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as an Account Representative at Drew Forbes - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Follow up with customers as needed to provide exceptional service and support.
- Customer Service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Insurance Education
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Communication
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Dedication to Customer Service
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Sales Experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Licensing
- Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
- Marketing Skills
- Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
