We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Production Worker to join our team at Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Hapeville, GA.

As a Warehouse Production Worker, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our warehouse activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting products for defects, packing and preparing items for shipping, and performing other general labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipping.
  • Safely operate equipment and machinery as necessary for warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
