Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, create, and update electronic drawings and documents for multiple departments within the organization.
  • Perform a wide variety of duties involving document control, including scanning, storing, and organizing documents in a searchable format.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document management and control.
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:

This role requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 20 pounds, as well as some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. The employee must also have the ability to transport necessary equipment and supplies and set up for meetings.
