Property Inspector

We are seeking a reliable and customer-service oriented Property Inspector to join our team at Vision Government Solutions. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording details of commercial and residential properties required for property valuation.

• Conduct thorough property inspections to gather data and information
• Verify and record property details, including measurements and condition
• Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of property inspections

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, as well as bend, stretch and kneel as required during property inspections
• Ability to climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time, in all seasons/weather
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week

• Real estate training or experience
• Mail carrier/delivery experience

This is a full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The work location is in the Brunswick, ME region, with frequent travel to various properties.
