Healogics, the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, planning, and implementation, as well as working on quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet the Center's program objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities, provide clinical oversight to clinical staff, and engage in staff development and recognition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, key hospital personnel, and Wound Care Center providers to address clinical and patient needs.
- Identify and implement areas of improvement, while complying with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Current RN license and Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- One year of experience as an RN, with two or more years' experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience and wound care certification are also preferred.
