We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in a rural clinic. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, including diagnosing and treating chronic and acute illnesses, managing medications, and providing health education, wellness, and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal conditions
- Manage medications and develop treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Provide health education and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working in a rural or underserved setting
- Fluency in Spanish required
