Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Rehabilitation Night Shift position is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with our rehabilitation team to provide a therapeutic experience for patients with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, post-cerebral vascular accidents, and debilitation conditions.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy, ensuring proper patient identification and dosing
- Assess patients' function and health management needs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- At least one year of Registered Nurse (RN) clinical experience
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing (ADN with completion of BSN within 24 months of start date)
- Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
