Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Housekeeper to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Light Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning activities within well-established guidelines and assigned areas and shift(s) to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met
  • Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions
  • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, floors, and commodes
  • Removes and disposes of trash and relieves laundry staff as needed
  • Represents HCSG in a positive manner and interacts appropriately with residents, client staff, and other personnel
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to cooperate with co-workers, residents, and facility staff
  • Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis
