Position: Teletherapy Counselor Resident

Overview:

If you are looking to gain valuable experience and supervision towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), this opportunity is tailored for you.

Company: MySpectrum is dedicated to providing Teletherapy services across Virginia. We are currently seeking a candidate who resides anywhere in Virginia to deliver online counseling through our secure teletherapy platform. Supervision for licensure will also be conducted remotely.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree meeting the prerequisites for LPC supervision
  • Eligibility for LPC supervision as per the Board of Counseling
  • Resident of Virginia
  • Proficient in digital communication platforms
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt
  • Strong clinical foundation with a desire for professional growth
  • A commitment to developing skills and contributing to the counseling field throughout your career

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions virtually in standard 30-60 minute intervals
  • Perform client assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Document progress notes
  • Provide insights on effective strategies and services to assist clients
  • Contribute to the growth and development of MySpectrum
