Mixology Expert

We are seeking an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at Jama Investments, LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about beverages and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers by serving food and beverages at the bar, preparing drinks for the service well, taking to-go orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages, providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are clean and free of clutter.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and providing change as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy objects for prolonged periods, including food trays and beverage containers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
