We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of associates to achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives.

• **Customer Service**: Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to the unique needs of our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service at all times.

• **Merchandise and Visuals**: Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are of the highest quality, creating an engaging and visually appealing store environment.

• **Leadership and Development**: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to associates, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve their full potential.

• **Communication and Collaboration**: Set the vision and direction for the store, share information to align the team, and foster a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.

• Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, analyze financial information, problem-solve, and possess strong organizational and computer skills.

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Ability to relocate for future growth and promotional opportunities is strongly desired.
