Mattel is seeking a highly skilled Lead Oracle Financials IT Solution Architect to join our Global Technology Organization (GTO) Corporate Systems Applications group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Oracle Cloud Fusion applications ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Oracle system architecture of the migration from Oracle Financials EBS to Oracle Cloud Fusion
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and propose improvements to existing systems
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud Fusion updates and new features, recommending adoptions when beneficial
- Bring expertise, knowledge, and experience to the Corporate Applications team as a senior Oracle cloud system expert with leadership and drive
- Work with internal customers, external consultants, and vendors to support project and operational tasks, as they relate to the Oracle Cloud Financials environment
- Understand business problems and opportunities and architect solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, integration technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture
- Experience architecting and solutioning the migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion
- Strong technical leadership and guidance skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
