Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including Charge Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.
  • Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
