Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adults and pediatric patients in the Medsurg unit.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, medications, and treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $86.49 and additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
