We provide a range of tailored legal solutions designed to meet the unique needs and financial situations of our clients.
Our representation is offered on a flat fee or hourly basis, allowing clients to start with a lower initial retainer and manage ongoing costs through automated payment plans that can be set on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
We seek a legal assistant who resonates with our mission and approach, ensuring a seamless fit within our team.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant
- Strong writing skills and comprehension
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage case deadlines and tasks for multiple clients
- Ability to work independently with a high level of efficiency
- Proficient in document drafting
- Thorough understanding of local court filing procedures
- Comfortable with technology, including cloud-based practice management software
Work Arrangement:
This position is structured as an independent contractor role, allowing for a work-from-home setup. You will have the flexibility to establish your own schedule, starting with 10-25 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our client base grows.
