Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut. As a member of our care delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. You'll work alongside talented peers in a supportive primary care environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Your role will involve providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from preventive care to managing chronic conditions. You'll partner with our care teams to educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health. With our strong reputation for quality care, you'll have opportunities to grow, teach, and lead within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages.
- Partner with care teams to educate and empower patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues to develop their skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start.
