We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Job Summary:This is a .9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
