Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist 2 to join our team at Loma Linda University Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for conducting advanced CT scans, triaging patients, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct three-dimensional (3-D) post-processing and triage patients and exams
  • Perform Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) for adult patients
  • Provide support and guidance to lower-level classification(s) and work with clinical students as needed
  • Follow HIPAA and corporate compliance guidelines
  • Produce high-quality images and troubleshoot CT scanners
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Educational Program
  • Three (3) years of experience in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), Computed Tomography (CT) ARRT Advanced License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and IV certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CT Radiology procedures, CT Scanners, post-processing, TAVR CTA for adult patients, radiation safety and universal precautions, and general office software and equipment
  • Ability to apply knowledge of different CT Scanner models and radiology procedures to produce advanced CT scans of Cardiac areas
  • Ability to produce CTA and CT scans related to stroke and trauma; answer advanced questions about the use and operation of equipment
