Job Overview:
Under general supervision, the Senior Auditor is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and executing financial, compliance, and operational audits. The primary goal is to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and legal requirements for educational institutions and programs funded by federal and state resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assess financial operations and internal controls to ensure effective governance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Knowledge:

• Understanding of auditing principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and internal control frameworks.
• Awareness of laws and regulations impacting educational finance.

Education and Experience:

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between job sites may be necessary. Hybrid remote work options may be available.
