About the Role

At KidZone Learning Center, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in shaping the future of early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Director will work closely with the Center Director to ensure the highest quality of care and education for children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging curriculum and activities
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Supporting staff development and training
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive team culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Prior experience in a similar role or as a lead teacher
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Salary: $58,500/year (based on average US salary for this position). $30-$45 per hour based on experience.
