About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychology Resident to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including competency, risk, and malingering evaluations.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients, focusing on evidence-based treatment interventions.
  • Develop and monitor behavioral management plans, ensuring effective implementation and progress monitoring.
  • Serve as a consultant to multidisciplinary teams, providing expert guidance and training to psychology interns and clinical staff.
  • Evaluate competency, malingering, and risk assessments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in committees as assigned, providing expert testimony in court as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited university, with a completed dissertation.
  • One year of psychology internship experience, with a strong background in organization, supervision, and evidenced-based treatment interventions.
