Krug Development Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our property remains attractive, clean, safe, and fully operational. This position demands a keen eye for detail, professionalism, and reliability. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize tools, equipment, materials, and chemicals safely and effectively for property maintenance.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, team members, and management.
  • Lift, grasp, and carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Climb stairs and ladders, working at heights of up to approximately 25 feet.
  • Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Work independently while following directions from leadership.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment throughout the hotel.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled.
  • Set comfort levels in meeting rooms and public spaces at the start, during, and end of shifts.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and equipment.
  • Enter guest rooms to perform necessary repairs.
  • Repair, maintain, and restock amenities in public areas of the hotel.
Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma is acceptable. A high school diploma is preferred.
