Automotive Center Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Center Manager to lead our team of professionals at Meineke Car Care Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful management positions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are met and resolving complaints promptly.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet Objectives levels, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Establish strong relationships with owners, General Manager, and technical staff to drive sales processes and daily unit metrics.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with group objectives, carefully assessing profit and loss strategies to meet local market needs.
• Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Performance vs Objectives, providing solutions for opportunities and maintaining knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; high school diploma or GED equivalent necessary.
• Two or more years of experience in a Service Manager or Center Manager position for a Car Care Center is essential.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends, as well as strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Possess a state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record to operate company-owned vehicles.
