Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Wagman, a leading heavy civil construction company. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes and other heavy equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cranes and other heavy equipment to move materials and equipment on construction sites
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Read and interpret load charts to determine safe operating capacity
  • Direct the set up and dismantling of cranes and other equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Requirements
  • NCCCO certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including hydraulic and friction cranes
  • Experience with pile driving, concrete pouring, and hook work lifting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
