Pure Dakota Health is a community-focused medical cannabis dispensary. As we broaden our reach across North Dakota, we are currently looking for a full-time Cannabis Retail Specialist at our Bismarck location.

We are in search of a dedicated individual who possesses a cheerful demeanor, strong ethics, reliability, and a commitment to surpassing customer service standards. Our Cannabis Retail Specialists assist clients with their selections, suggest cannabis products, manage the cash register, and efficiently process transactions in a dynamic environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Deliver an outstanding customer experience for patients while accurately entering and managing patient information and transactions.
● Manage the cash register operations.
● Provide detailed product knowledge regarding medication options, consumption methods, and strain specifics.
● Aid patients in choosing suitable products.
● Uphold store presentation standards through stocking, cleaning, and sanitation efforts.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
● Maintain high customer service standards, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude while engaging with diverse individuals.
● Experience in cash handling is essential, with the ability to balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
● A minimum of two years in retail or customer-facing roles is required.
● Capable of resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
● Strong communication abilities are necessary.
● Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with point of sale systems is preferred.
● Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
● Professional appearance, conduct, and communication are mandatory.
● Availability to work daytime and evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a comprehensive state-mandated background check; no felonies permitted. A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required, along with dependable transportation.
