As a Guest Relations Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Owners/guests with check-in procedures and providing information about property amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions.
- Actively listening and responding positively to guests' inquiries, concerns, and requests, while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
- Explaining room features to guests (e.g., room key usage, ice and vending locations, etc.).
- Following up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
- Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Assisting with bellman and runner duties as required by the facility or location.

- Welcoming and greeting guests while anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Interacting with colleagues and guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Contributing to team objectives.
- Adhering to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements to Become a Guest Relations Coordinator at HVC:
- Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and maintain prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance.
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable legal standards.
- Specific job responsibilities may vary based on property, team size, or facility.
