As a Guest Relations Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Owners/guests with check-in procedures and providing information about property amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions.
  • Actively listening and responding positively to guests' inquiries, concerns, and requests, while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Explaining room features to guests (e.g., room key usage, ice and vending locations, etc.).
  • Following up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Assisting with bellman and runner duties as required by the facility or location.

  • Interacting with colleagues and guests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Adhering to company policies and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements to Become a Guest Relations Coordinator at HVC:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and maintain prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable legal standards.
  • Specific job responsibilities may vary based on property, team size, or facility.
