About the Job

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our healthcare team on weekends. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Assign and schedule nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
