About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing therapy services to patients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Illinois or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
