OMNIA Partners, a leading purchasing organization for public and private sector markets, seeks an exceptional Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic Membership Operations Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in managing, verifying, updating, and cleaning data housed in custom-developed software and Salesforce.com.

In this position, you will be responsible for processing information in membership databases, completing membership requests from sales team members and external partners, and verifying the integrity of customer-submitted information. Your attention to detail and ability to follow through consistently will ensure that our membership lists are accurate and up-to-date.

We are looking for a business support-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills. If you have experience in business process improvement and process flow documentation, you will be well-suited for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and approve membership requests for OMNIA Partners' family of companies.
  • Confirm the integrity of information and input it into the correct system.
  • Creation and maintenance of new member reports.
  • Daily updates to posted membership lists (public and private).
  • Updating account information based on feedback from Research Analysts, Sales Teams, Supplier Reports, and Channel Partners.
  • Data cleansing: standardizing data reporting from several sources and identifying duplicate information.
  • Database updating: inputting and updating member information in FORCE.
  • Reporting: occasional production of reports for processes owned by Membership Operations.
  • Inbound requests: evaluating, responding, and/or distributing to member or supplier requests received via phone, web form, or email, in a timely manner.
