Job Title: Pipe Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead our construction team in the execution of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing crews and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Lead a crew of pipefitters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to inform project planning and execution.
  • Ensure all grading work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, with a focus on pipefitting and crew management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
