We are currently seeking a Part-Time MRI Technologist to join our Imaging Department. This role involves working during evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct MRI examinations following established departmental protocols.
  • Utilize RIS, HIS, and Intergy systems to accurately manage patient information.
  • Transmit high-quality images to the PACS system.
  • Gather and document comprehensive patient histories.
  • Perform quality control and digitize films as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or practices promptly.
  • Demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to care for patients across all age groups, including understanding their developmental needs.
Qualifications:
  • ARRT registry completion is mandatory. (Successful completion of the MRI Registry exam is required within a specified grace period for non-certified technologists).
  • A two-year associate degree in Radiology is required.
  • Preferred experience includes two years as an MRI Technologist.
  • Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is a plus.
