About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex circuit card designs, including high-speed interfaces and mixed signal circuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop circuit card designs, including high-speed interfaces and mixed signal circuits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met
  • Perform design trade studies to evaluate cost, weight, packaging, and power benefits
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and test plans
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality
Requirements
  • Experience with mixed signal circuit card design, including digital, analog, and power circuits
  • Experience with CCA integration and testing tools, including power supplies, digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, and data acquisition devices
  • Ability to perform design trade studies and evaluate cost, weight, packaging, and power benefits
  • Familiarity with parts and materials selection for CCA designs
  • Experience with Cadence PSpice, LTSpice, or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics/Siemens Xpedition or equivalent for schematic capture and layout
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics/Siemens Hyperlynx or equivalent for signal and power integrity analysis
Desired Skills
  • Experience with design and analysis of digital high-speed interfaces (1GbE, PCIe, DDR4, etc.)
  • Experience with AMD Xilinx MPSoC/RFSoC component solutions
  • Familiarity with radar sensor electronics or applications
