Asphalt Crew Laborer

We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Crew Laborer to join our team at Black Jack. As an Asphalt Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to asphalt paving and maintenance, including operating equipment, preparing surfaces, and performing manual labor.

• Equipment Operation: Operate various types of maintenance equipment, including push blowers, wire brooms, and asphalt crack cleaners.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for asphalt application by cleaning and opening cracks.
• Material Application: Apply seal coat and crack fill materials using specialized equipment.
• Manual Labor: Perform manual labor tasks, including shoveling, brooming, and raking.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve project goals.
