Position Overview

DiningRD is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) for a consulting role focused on skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health settings. This opportunity is available in both Part-Time and Full-Time capacities, with varying benefits discussed during the interview process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting nutritional risks for residents.
  • Engaging in the care planning process.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure may be required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though other factors will be considered.
