Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Traveling Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on new procedures and equipment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Current certification in Cardiac Catheterization (ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting, with a focus on STEMI receiving centers and structural heart procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
