We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Community Staffing Resources in Concord, CA.

Job Summary:

The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal. This includes performing basic light maintenance functions and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service by maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal.
  • Perform basic light maintenance functions and cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with painting interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Conduct janitorial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Manage laundry facilities and ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Empty trash bins and dumpsters, and maintain landscaping.
  • Assist maintenance personnel as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working as a Porter/Groundskeeper for residential properties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a criminal background check with no felonies.
  • Ability to take direction from management and work well with others.
  • Must be on-time and work a full schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
