Role Description:

As a Rehabilitation Patient Access Specialist at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient access to our rehabilitation services. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating departmental appointments, managing the DAR (Department Appointment Report) in EPIC, scheduling patients for visits, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage the DAR (Department Appointment Report) in EPIC to ensure accurate appointment tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
