Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient education and instruction on health and wellness, including preventive care and medical regimens.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing care plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, adhering to KFHPW documentation standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent military experience.
  • Interim Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) or Medical Assistant Certificate (Washington) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
