The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing evidenced-based nursing care to men in our residential treatment program when the full-time Nurse is unavailable. This role requires a licensed Nurse who is passionate about delivering excellent care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and Develop Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication(s) as directed by a physician, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Medical Direction: Provide medical direction to patients and families, offering guidance and support when needed.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document patient progress and update care plans as needed, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
