About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Juice Bar Shift Supervisor/Manager to join our team at Baya Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Juice Bar Attendants to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Hospitality Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
