Key Responsibilities- Room Cleaning: Remove trash, clean rooms and bathrooms to the highest quality standards, clean refrigerators and microwaves, tidy room exteriors, and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Public Space Cleaning: Clean and remove garbage from public restrooms, tidy guest and team areas, clean and tidy guest laundry areas, and pick up litter in public spaces.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels, pre-treat linens and towels, inspect and discard linens and towels for damage or excess wear and tear, and keep laundry areas clean and tidy.
- General: Maintain exceptional customer service, notify Property Managers of safety concerns or policy violations, stock housekeeping carts according to company standards, implement new objectives and procedures, contribute to incident reports, and assist with maintaining accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Property Condition: Clean and tidy every room and public space to meet the most discerning standards, deliver an exceptional product with minimal corrections after inspection, take ownership of the appearance of the property's rooms and public spaces, and raise issues or concerns about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Refer people for employment who live our values and contribute to our culture, maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance, and align with supervisors by executing meeting cadence with fidelity.
- General: Execute all policies and procedures with fidelity and report issues immediately to discuss and solve them quickly.
