Hub Driver

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Driver to perform duties inside our stores and operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver parts to and from AutoZone stores and commercial customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure maximum productivity in a safe environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies.
• Comply with safe driving rules and procedures and ensure parts are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Properly maintain company vehicles, complete daily vehicle checklists, and report vehicle maintenance issues.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to AutoZone stores, including safe loading and unloading of parts.
• Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and issued for each delivery, then appropriately filed.
• Keep company vehicles clean and presentable.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.
• Process and restock returns from route deliveries in a timely manner.
• Assist DIY customers between deliveries by performing tasks such as utilizing ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as directed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet AutoZone's driving requirements.
• Drivers must be 21 years or older.
