Maintenance Technician

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Equipment Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose issues with malfunctioning equipment and complete required repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor building plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance procedures to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with maintenance lead/manager to plan and execute maintenance activities, and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

• Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED required, with vocational training in a related field highly preferred. One to five years of experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Skills and Abilities: Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Availability and Flexibility: Willingness to work all shifts and call-ins as needed to support business operations.
