Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Barber to join our team as a Master Grooming Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality barbering services to our discerning clients.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, expert scissor experience, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to create an efficient and welcoming environment for our guests.

You will be expected to:

  • Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and other related services;
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and customer service skills;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety;
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and promote retail products to clients;
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barber, preferably in a luxury barbershop setting;
  • Expert-level scissor experience and knowledge of skin fades, straight razor hot towel shaves, and camouflage and color techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues;
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer
