About the Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA to join our team at a reputable medical facility in Pennsylvania. As a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-anesthesia assessment and evaluation of patients
- Obtaining and verifying patient consent
- Discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring patients' physiological condition and performing clinical interventions as needed
Practice Details:
This is an independent CRNA practice with 2 anesthesia rooms and 1 provider. The schedule is M-W, with no call, no holidays, and no weekends. Cases are mostly 8-hour days, but sometimes 10 hours. The practice uses electronic charting and has a MAC sedation for IR.
