Talent4Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.
  • Level 1 trauma experience required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC certifications required.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
