STEM Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated STEM Educator to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students' mastery of key prerequisites to ensure success in all subject areas, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Fields (STEM).

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational programs and services.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, STEM, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching and learning, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including low-income and first-generation students.
• Knowledge of educational technology and its applications in the classroom.
